Journeying through time and space, the cosmos exhibition will cover Gucci's extensive history.

After a successful run in Shanghai, Gucci Cosmos Exhibition will Open on October 11th in London. Retracing over 100 years of the brand's history with an exhaustive collection of fashion pieces and - of course, bags!

Hosted at 180 Studios and created by British artist Es Delvin (who oversaw the Chinese edition), the space will be paying homage to London’s influence o the brand, with elements inspired by the capital’s architectural beauty. The British city is of utmost importance, as it is where Guccio Gucci was first inspired to create his artisanal luggage atelier in 1921, whilst working as a bellhop at the Savoy Hotel.

Developed by Italian curator, Maria Luisa Frisa, the exhibition will be showcasing a wide range of historic and iconic items that make up the brand’s history, including some never-seen-before pieces. Exploring Gucci's evolution through time - and space, as a global company - visitors will be able to delve into Gucci's inspirations and themes over the decades thanks to its bold, innovative, and mostly iconic designs. Additionally, as a testimony of the brand’s global heritage, each exhibition will celebrate the cities in which they are located by witnessing its cultural impact.

Gucci Cosmos will open from October 11th until December 31st. It will then take off to Paris and Tokyo in 2024, as a continuous exploration of Gucci’s connection with the world.
