The Paris 2024 Olympics has proven to be as much a fashion spectacle as a sporting event. With a star-studded audience and a city renowned for its style, it's no surprise that the red carpet, or rather, the stadium seats, have been ablaze with glamour.


Opening Ceremony Opulence

A star-studded affair, the Olympic Opening Ceremony was attended by an array of celebrities, from Hollywood A-listers to global music icons. Guests descended upon the French capital in perfect blends of Parisian chic and red carpet glamour. With a focus on haute couture and high-fashion labels, attendees showcased the best of the fashion world, turning the ceremony into a coveted runway. From bold and daring statements to classic and elegant ensembles, the celebrity fashion at the opening ceremony set the tone for a stylish Olympics.


Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, fresh from their Wicked promotions, made a bold statement in colour-coordinated outfits that echoed their characters from the movie. Whilst power couple Chrissy Teigen and John Legend opted for a chic and understated look, with Teigen in a Chloé knit set and Legend in classic black and white. Elsewhere Pharrell Williams known for his unique style, brought his signature flair to the event with a look that was both futuristic and fashionable. Emma Chamberlain was spotted in a Ralph Lauren look whilst Serena Williams sported a hot red Dolce & Gabbana dress with a ruched sheer look.


Athletes And Celebrities: A Stylish Match

As the events unfolded celebrities such as Emma Chamberlain, spotted in a Ralph Lauren look continued to arrive. whilst celebrated athletes like Serena Williams also joined guests The tennis champion was seen sporting a hot red Dolce & Gabbana dress with a ruched sheer look. Elsewhere, Canadian actress Nina Dobrev looked radiant in a Ralph Lauren ensemble that combined sporty chic with Parisian elegance.


Royal And Political Glamour

The Olympics also attracted its fair share of royalty and political figures, who brought their own brand of elegance to the event.


Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco represented Monaco in style, with Princess Charlene's outfit a particular highlight. The American First Lady Jill Biden alongside French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte Macron showcased diplomatic style with their carefully curated looks. Spanish royals Queen Letizia and King Felipe VI of Spain brought a touch of regal elegance to the event.


The fashion didn't stop at the opening ceremony. Throughout the Games, celebrities have been spotted in the stands, cheering on their favourite athletes while looking effortlessly chic. From casual yet stylish ensembles to glamorous evening wear, celebrity fashion has been a highlight of the Paris Olympics.


While the focus is undoubtedly on the athletes and their incredible performances, it's undeniable that the fashion at the Paris 2024 Olympics has been a major talking point. The event has showcased the best of both worlds: high-performance athletic wear and red-carpet glamour.
