Yuzefi presents its Resort 2024 collection, launching this October 2023. An exploration of the balance between Ying and Yang. Emulated in the fabric juxtapositions and plays on proportions, the collection is a collage of opposites pushing and pulling their identities into a new realm.
Founded in 2016 by Naza Yousefi, the brand consistently explores the boundaries between new textiles and reimagined silhouettes. Yuzefi’s RS24 collection is fuelled by a love of craft and inspired by creativity. This season the designer hones in on matte Japanese lace woven on traditional machines, trimmed with heavy vintage satin cut in boyish proportions.
From slouchy oversized shorts sporting a wide flap-over waistband to two-piece sets made from delicately sheer knitwear, the collection oozes both sensuality and practicality. Classic tailoring also plays a part in the collection, with a structured cropped jacket and a reimagined take on the classic black blazer. Reversed seams and add an edgy rawness that is emulated throughout the collection.
Yuzefi’s accessories see a major evolution this season with the brand's iconic Mochi series transforming into a wider range of silhouettes. Shroom and bulb crossbody bags are unveiled in more compact sizes and the patata backpack features a buckle giving it a look cinched, whilst adding an innovative functionality to the larger silhouettes. New leather and suede accessories are splattered with crystals and clusters of studs to create a day-to-night feel.
A go-to for statement day into night outfits, Yuzefi’s collections offer a selection of effortless elegance and laid-back sophistication mixed with practicality – each piece is meticulously crafted, and this is expressed throughout the collection.
